SCCM Enterprise Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SCCM Enterprise Analyst Lead in Tampa, FL.

Overview:
You will work on team to remediate vulnerabilities, cleanup and consolidate our desktop application footprint including implementing processes that enforce application policies and requirements.

Project based position to accomplish the following:
Work on team of analysts for the following work:
* Remediate backlog of Vulnerabilities on our Desktop
* Vulnerabilities
* Framework application vulnerabilities like .NET
* Desktop application vulnerabilities
* Work with team to troubleshoot and solve issues created from the work
* Many remediations will require alignment with business to ensure critical business functions are not interrupted
* Build packages and automate remediations
* Catalog all applications on our desktops and identify which ones have been vetted and approved through purchasing process and have had risk assessments
* Reduce the number of applications on our desktops by consolidating applications that do the same or similar things
* Implement a solid application request process through ServiceNow

REQUIREMENTS:
* Required: Six (6) years of demonstrated technical experience with the skills and scope above
* Experience Leading technical teams
* Enterprise level desktop analyst support (Teir 3+)
* Microsoft SCCM expertise - packaging and deploying applications
* Vulnerability Remediation of Desktop (OS and applications)
* Project Management experience

Preferred:
* 3rd level IT escalation support including networking, group policy, security
* Workstation Administration (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy)
* Microsoft Desktop technology products (e.g. Windows 10 and higher, M365)
* PowerShell expertise

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
