Job Description:
This position offers a remote working arrangement and is full-time. 
The role involves managing financial operations, including accounting and cost departments, and providing leadership in financial decision-making. 
Proficiency in financial systems and tools is required.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring.
Lead financial reporting and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
Collaborate with executive teams on strategic business decisions and financial planning.
Oversee cash management, billing, and financial compliance.
Enhance systems and processes to support financial operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8 years of related experience.
Comprehensive understanding of accounting implications and contract terms.
Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis and forecasting.
Proficient in advanced spreadsheet and financial system tools.
Experience in management and executive-level communication.
