Description: Hyland Alfresco Software Developer - Job DescriptionSummaryWe are seeking a Hyland Alfresco Software Developer to design, enhance, and support enterprise content management solutions. This role works across Alfresco Content Services (ACS), Alfresco Digital Workspace (ADW), Alfresco Content Accelerator (ACA), and related API integrations to enable scalable, cloud-hosted document workflows.
You will collaborate with engineering, cloud operations, and product teams to deliver secure, stable, and high-performing content solutions that support large-volume document processing.
Responsibilities- Develop and extend content models, repository logic, and automation within Alfresco Content Services (ACS).
- Build and enhance UI extensions and components for Alfresco Digital Workspace (ADW) using ADF/Angular.
- Configure and optimize Alfresco Content Accelerator (ACA), including queues, metadata, and bulk action workflows.
- Design, implement, and maintain REST and CMIS API integrations with internal and external applications.
- Collaborate with engineering, cloud operations, and product teams to deliver scalable and reliable content management solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across UI components, API integrations, and repository layers.
QualificationsRequired Skills- Hands-on experience with Alfresco or similar enterprise content management (ECM) platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Angular.
- Experience working with REST APIs, cloud-based environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of content modeling, metadata structures, permissions, and document lifecycles.
- Ability to troubleshoot across UI, API, and backend repository components.
