Position: Program Manager 
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+months
 
Job Description:
  • Experience 15+ years overall, with significant experience managing complex, multi- workstream technology programs
  • Domain Healthcare Payor / Health Insurance
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall Program Leadership & Orchestration
  • Own the integrated program plan across CCaaS implementation, chatbot/core-platform integration, Operations readiness, and transition activities.
  • Establish clearly defined program-level milestones, dependencies, governance, and success criteria.
  • Partner with individual Project Managers to keep their workstream plans aligned with overall program objectives and timelines.
  • Maintain the overall program critical path and proactively identify risks to major program milestones.
  • Evaluate decisions or delays in any one workstream for their impact across the other workstreams.
  • Stay focused on the overall business outcome rather than managing individual workstream activities.
2. Workstream Coordination & Dependency Management
  • Liaise regularly with the Project Managers responsible for each workstream.
  • Establish an effective cadence for cross-workstream planning, status reviews, dependency management, and escalation.
  • Ensure Project Managers identify and actively manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions within their areas.
  • Identify cross-workstream dependencies and integration points that may not be visible within individual project plans.
Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of overall experience in technology delivery, program management, consulting, or related disciplines.
  • Significant experience leading large, complex, multi-workstream technology transformation programs in the Payor domain.
  • Demonstrated experience managing through Project Managers and Workstream Leads, rather than directly managing every project activity.
  • Strong experience establishing integrated program plans and managing dependencies across multiple parallel projects.
  • Experience with enterprise technology implementations involving multiple vendors, platforms, business teams, and technology teams.
  • Experience overseeing application implementation, integration, and operational-transition programs.
  • Strong understanding of program governance, RAID management, dependency management, change control, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical and operational information into clear executive-level messaging and decisions.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across teams without relying on direct reporting relationships.
  • Experience managing distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within healthcare payor, health insurance, or healthcare technology environments.
  • Experience overseeing CCaaS/contact-center transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud CX, NICE CXone, Five9, or comparable CCaaS platforms.
