- ServiceNow CMDB Analyst with expertise in Configuration Management, ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow IT Asset Management (HAM & SAM), and Service Mapping to design, implement, and optimize our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ecosystem.
