Job Description:
ServiceNow CMDB Analyst with expertise in Configuration Management, ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow IT Asset Management (HAM & SAM), and Service Mapping to design, implement, and optimize our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ecosystem.
You will ensure accurate configuration data, integrate asset lifecycle management, and map critical service dependencies to enhance operational resilience. If you excel at aligning CMDB strategies with service visibility and thrive in collaborative environments, this role is for you.
