8+ years as a functional analyst or finance systems role in Oracle EBS.
· Strong hands-on experience in GL and P2P (AP, Purchasing, iProcurement).
· Working experience in O2C (AR, billing, collections), including understanding of how it integrates with GL.
· Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-region operations.
· Prior work in a global company with distributed teams and cross-time-zone collaboration.
Technical & Functional Skills
· Strong knowledge of the Oracle EBS data model, setups, and configuration across GL, AP, PO, and AR.
· Solid understanding of Subledger Accounting and the end-to-end record-to-report cycle.
· Understanding of integrations between ERP and peripheral systems.
· Ability to create functional design documents, test cases, and user guides.
· Proficiency in SQL is a plus
Soft Skills
· Excellent stakeholder management across Finance and IT.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable leading root-cause analysis.
· Clear written and verbal communication with senior finance leaders and global stakeholders.
· Ability to manage priorities across regions and occasionally flex hours to support close and global overlap.
Preferred Qualifications
· Knowledge of Coupa (procurement, supplier management, invoicing) and Concur (travel and expense) and their integrations with Oracle EBS.
· Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) as the upstream CRM for Oracle EBS.
· Exposure to ASC 606 and revenue recognition in EBS.
· Prior involvement in ERP implementations, upgrades, or major enhancement projects (including EBS to Oracle Cloud transitions).
· Experience leading or mentoring offshore or junior team members.
