Job Title: L2 Production Support Role
Location: Charlotte, NC / Atlanta, GA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM EST
Required Skills:
Experience with enterprise monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.)
Strong Linux/Unix knowledge
Ability to run SQL and Shell scripts
Basic understanding of .NET, C#, and SQL Server
Foundational AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, CloudWatch)
Experience supporting POS systems, payment gateways, and merchant transaction platforms
Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot)

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $58 - $63 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
