Position: Process Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid On-Site 3 Days Per Week
Duration: 12 Month Contract Role
Type: W2 contract, paid hourly. No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions will be accepted. Only direct W-2 candidates will be considered.
Pay Rate Range: W2 $50 - $56 per hour

We are seeking a dynamic Process Manager to support the rollout and adoption of standardized processes across our infrastructure and production support teams. This role is highly collaborative and people-focused, requiring someone who can influence without authority, drive adoption, and understand the human side of organizational change. The ideal candidate will have experience working with APS (Application Production Support) teams, a strong grasp of process management, and the ability to navigate complex systems and stakeholder environments.
Partner with strategic leaders and cross-functional teams to drive process adoption across multiple organizations.
- Understand team-specific challenges and help remove barriers to goal achievement.
- Roll out standardized processes and ensure consistent implementation across groups.
- Engage with stakeholders who contribute only part-time to process efforts, balancing empathy with accountability.
- Act as a connector between production support teams and executive leadership, ensuring visibility and alignment.
- Collaborate with APS teams and triage groups to ensure process relevance and effectiveness.
- Track and analyze tool usage and process effectiveness using data analytics.
- Work closely with tool owners to support the implementation of systems like change management tools, service request platforms, and SOW tracking.
- Spend time engaging directly with teams-asking questions, understanding workflows, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Help outline and prioritize deliverables over a 3-4 week sprint period.
- Strong background in process management and organizational change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency in data analytics and process tracking.
- Familiarity with tools such as Change platforms, Service Request platforms, and SOW tracking systems.
- Experience with Agile collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to balance empathy with accountability in team interactions.
- Comfortable working in a highly interactive, non-desk-based role.
- Experience interacting with Application Production Support (APS) or triage teams.
- 5 - 7+ years of experience
