  • Collaborate closely with clients, owners, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective mechanical solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field from an accredited institution.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering design or design-build, with a focus on HVAC and piping systems.
  • Proficiency with HVAC and mechanical design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Trane TRACE, and/or Carrier HAP.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • LEED Accreditation.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing system design.
  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Proven experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical teams.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Style
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with strong leadership presence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality results.
