Employment Type : Full-Time

Must have : Hands-on EDI (retail & 3PL transactions), CGS Blue Cherry ERP administration, ERP/EDI troubleshooting, fashion wholesale manufacturing domain experience, and end-user training/support.

Role Summary

The EDI & ERP Administrator will manage and support EDI operations and ERP systems (CGS Blue Cherry) within a fashion wholesale manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on, involving EDI mapping, partner onboarding, troubleshooting, system optimization, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

EDI Management

• Manage day-to-day EDI transactions and monitoring
• Set up and test retail partner EDI integrations
• Set up and test 3PL partner EDI integrations
• Monitor EDI files for map translation errors
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI mapping and processing issues
• Configure control tables for proper file processing
• Create automated error notification reports
• Drive workflow and process improvements

ERP Administration

• Maintain and troubleshoot ERP system errors
• Support CGS Blue Cherry ERP operations
• Assist with system configurations related to sales, production, allocations, and EDI
• Training & Support
• Train end users on ERP and EDI processes
• Support Sales, Production, EDI, and Allocation teams

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on EDI experience

CGS Blue Cherry ERP knowledge (mandatory)

Experience in fashion apparel or footwear wholesale manufacturing

Experience supporting multi-brand and multi-channel environments

Understanding of retail and 3PL EDI transaction flows

Required EDI Transactions

Must master the following EDI transactions:

? Retail partners set up and testing (832, 850, 860, 870, 856, 810, 855)

? 3PL Partners set up and testing (832, 888, 940, 945, 943, 944)

Daily transaction maintenance

a. Monitor EDI files for map translation errors.

b. Resolve map errors

c. Set up auto reports to notify of errors.

d. Set up control tables to properly process files.

e. Workflow improvements.
