we are looking for an EBS Functional Support resource to assist with managing tickets and supporting the issues and requests coming in from our business partners.
Oracle Environment: EBS 12.2.7
EiS Reporting in process of migrating to SplashBI
Multiple ledgers, multiple OU’s, Ledger Sets for Consolidated reporting
Applications: GL, AP, CM, Project, Assets, Procurement (tied to Projects), OM, AR, Payroll, Benefits, Core HR
Resource Requirements:
Strong functional knowledge in a support role (implementation knowledge can differ from day to day support) for:
GL, AP, CM – Bank setup / support, Assets
Strong understanding of the EBS foundational structure
EiS and Splash reporting would be a plus
Ability to do basic queries on data for troubleshooting issues
Good communication with end user community
Quick learner to understand our structure
Ability to collaborate with the team, but also tackle items independently
Ability to open SR’s and follow up accordingly
Strong troubleshooting skills
Well organized
Monday - Friday somewhat flexible on time, but would require checking emails for emergency items up to 6pm
We would prefer to have someone in the Houston area who would come into the office 3x-5x/week.
