ADMIN SUPPORT II
Impact

The Admin Support II provides essential administrative and operational support to the Engineering team by maintaining accurate records, organizing complex files, preparing schedules, compiling reports, and assisting with departmental documentation. This role helps ensure engineering operations run efficiently by supporting data accuracy, document control, reporting, and coordination across internal teams.

This position requires strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. The Admin Support II will play an important role in supporting engineers, tracking project information, and gathering data used for departmental and project-specific reporting.
Core Responsibilities
  • Maintain complex files, records, and departmental documentation in an organized and accurate manner.
  • Prepare schedules, reports, correspondence, and other documents from rough drafts or provided information.
  • Compile, review, and check reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Search, investigate, and verify information contained in files, records, databases, and internal systems.
  • Process departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations and engineering workflows.
  • Post and update records, including accounting records and continuing property records as needed.
  • Assist engineers and team members with administrative, reporting, and documentation requests.
  • Gather, organize, and coordinate statistical data for departmental or project-specific reports.
  • Use various formats and systems to prepare reports, track data, and support engineering documentation needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive departmental or project information.
  • Support ongoing process improvements related to file management, reporting, and administrative workflows.
  • Follow up on outstanding items, requests, or documentation needs to ensure timely completion.
  • Work independently with a high level of initiative, organization, and accountability.
Core Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manage, organize, analyze, and report data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and related tools.
  • Strong knowledge of databases is preferred.
  • Experience supporting telecom field operations or engineering teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to compile, review, and validate reports and departmental data.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining a high level of follow-up and accountability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to support engineers, project teams, and departmental leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with complex files, records, schedules, and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to learn internal systems, processes, and functional operations quickly.

Base Pay Range

$20-$23 USD
