Job description:
The role of a Technical-Functional Systems Analyst at Kronos AutoTime involves supporting the workforce management system including timesheet and time attendance software The analyst is responsible for
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and interpret requirements for AutoTime
• Impact analysis of existing interfaces developed on AutoTime 1.9.4 with SAP ECC6 EhP 7 after upgrading to Kronos Autotime 2.0.1
• Understanding the existing Autotime configuration, identify the business gaps, document and remediate accordingly to make compatibleon Autotime 2.X version
• Testing the interfaces between Autotime 2.X and ECC 6EhP 7, coordinating with SAP & Middle teams
• Providing day to day operational support and resolving issues in coordination with the team
• Creating adhoc queries and scripts to analyse data and support operational requests
• Presenting alternatives for requirements and solution design suggesting improvements in business processes
• Having manufacturing process knowledge to capture the timebooking on shop floor
Qualifications typically include :
• Min 7 years’ experience supporting Kronos AutoTime application
• Experience in a manufacturing environment integration with SAP via middleware
• Knowledge of Time and Attendance Labor Shop Floor Data Collection and Payroll processing concepts
• Experience with project accounting concepts and responding to audit compliance requests
