Technical Architect (Workday Prism) - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, an industry-leading organization based in Boston, MA, is seeking a Technical Architect with expertise in Workday Prism Analytics to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Summary:
The Technical Architect (Workday Prism Analytics) will own the end-to-end architecture, development, and support of Workday Prism Analytics solutions, including data pipelines, transformation logic, security configuration, and data modeling.

You will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing analytics solutions that support enterprise reporting, operational processes, and strategic decision-making.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will design, build, and optimize Prism data sources, pipelines, and models to enable real-time insights and drive data-informed business outcomes across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Deep technical expertise in Workday Prism Analytics, with a strong understanding of Workday data structures and data governance best practices
* Proven ability to architect and implement complex data flows, integrations, and data models across enterprise platforms
* Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL development, and large-scale reporting architectures
* Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or enterprise data strategy initiatives
* Strong communication and collaboration skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
