We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX B2B Service professional to design, implement, and support Oracle CX Service solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high quality Oracle CX B2B Service implementations aligned with best practices and business goals.

Must Have Skills

12-16 Years of experience
Strong hands on experience with Oracle CX B2B Service / Oracle Service Cloud implementations and support.
Strong understanding of B2B Service business processes
Strong Understanding of Case Management, Activity Management, Accounts, Contacts and other modules

Good to Have Skills
Experience with related Oracle CX modules such as Field Service, Knowledge Management and Plug-In Development
