Mandatory Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer - CAD
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – CSA
2 - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification - (ITSM/Discovery/Service Mapping/CSM/HRSD/HAM/SAM Pro/SecOps/IRM/ITOM)

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of Overall IT experience
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and release cadence.
Hands-on with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (Glide/JavaScript) as relevant to the role.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum with solid documentation and collaboration skills.
Excellent stakeholder communication and problem solving.
Proficiency with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and common auth (OAuth/SAML).
Knowledge of ATF, update sets, and instance upgrade best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
