Project Manager Ascent PMO, Salesforce Program Delivery & Cross-Functional Execution - 67963
Pay Rate: $40 - $48/hr
We have an urgent need for a Project Manager Ascent PMO based in Cupertino, CA, supporting high-visibility enterprise programs in a fast-paced and globally collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive execution across critical Salesforce initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will own execution at the capability level for Salesforce programs, including reporting, cross-portfolio impact assessment, and alignment across business teams. You will act as a central program management function for key cross-functional initiatives within Sales, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery. The position involves managing tools used by business teams for communication and alignment, tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and driving resolution to ensure successful program outcomes. You will also support organizational initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and onboarding activities. A strong focus on analytics and process improvement is required, using data to drive insights, root cause analysis, and continuous enhancement of delivery processes. The role demands the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables in a complex and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex, integrated projects with a technical component, along with hands-on expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and iterative delivery models. Experience in writing user stories and test scripts is essential, along with a solid understanding of release and change management processes. You should possess strong analytical skills, a process improvement mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills are critical, along with the ability to influence teams and build trust across all organizational levels. A Bachelor's degree is required, and certifications such as PMP or Agile are preferred.
