Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated RPA Business Analyst to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for automation through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design automation solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and potential areas for automation.
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and observations.
- Create detailed process maps and documentation to support automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform impact analysis and assist in change management efforts to facilitate RPA adoption.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed automation solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on implemented RPA solutions. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an RPA or automation environment.
- Experience with process mapping and business process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is preferred.
