Job Summary (List Format): Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect (Core HR)
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with a focus on Core HR.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze HR processes and deliver scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
- Manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Global HR, Workforce Structures, Workforce Administration, and related modules.
- Define overall HCM solution architecture, including integrations and data migration strategies.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations (REST/SOAP, HDL, HCM Extracts), extensions, and reporting needs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance standards in all HCM implementations.
- Address production issues, manage enhancements, and drive continuous improvements.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance to project teams.
- Maintain strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prefer experience in additional modules: Talent Management, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, IT, or related field (Oracle certifications preferred).
- Demonstrate leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing, and global environment.
