We’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead architecture, design, and governance for enterprise-scale Salesforce programs. This role will drive solutions across Energy & Utility Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated enterprise platforms, partnering closely with business and technology leaders.
🔧 What You’ll Lead
Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and enterprise systems
Define data models, integration patterns, security models, and non-functional requirements
Translate business needs into scalable, secure, high-performing technical designs
Lead integrations using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica), ETL, and data platforms
Provide technical leadership on Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows, and platform design patterns
Govern platform standards: development, security, release management, and environment strategy
Evaluate Salesforce products, AppExchange tools, and third-party solutions
Ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, compliance, and scalability requirements
Produce architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications
Mentor developers, admins, and junior architects
Support delivery from planning → design → build → deployment → post‑go‑live
🎯 Required Expertise
10+ years Salesforce experience, including 6+ years in architecture or technical leadership
Strong experience with Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud
Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs
Proven ability to design solutions in complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware, ETL, and enterprise data architecture
Experience with CI/CD, version control, release management, and platform governance
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
