Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to support data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze, interpret, and validate data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases
- Clean, transform, and organize large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business needs
- Translate business requirements into clear, data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
Requirements Required Qualifications- 1+ year of experience in a data analysis or related role
- Basic understanding of applications, reporting environments, and relational database concepts
- Experience writing simple SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Proficiency with tools such as:
- Visual Studio
- SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques including querying, data extraction, data cleaning, and transformation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Preferred Skills- Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
- Exposure to ETL processes or data pipelines is a plus
