Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (Part-Time)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture, governance, and platform strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end architectural leadership across multiple ServiceNow modules, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
The Contractor must provide access to at least one ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or equivalent senior enterprise architect resource, and at least one ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent technical architecture resource.
Required Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or equivalent senior enterprise architecture certification/experience OR ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent technical architecture certification/experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and enterprise integrations.
- Serve as the technical governance and design authority for the ServiceNow platform.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.
- Ensure certification coverage alignment and adherence to ServiceNow architectural standards.
- Drive solution architecture and implementation strategy across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, platform owners, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
- Provide guidance on platform optimization, integrations, data architecture, and automation initiatives.
- Review technical designs, integrations, customizations, and deployment strategies to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives leveraging the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience architecting enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to provide strategic as well as hands-on technical leadership.
