Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage daily operations in a dynamic office environment. 
Located in Waxhaw, NC, this contract position involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and supporting client interactions. 
Proficiency in general office software is required.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and serve as the main administrative contact.
Handle communications including phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
Coordinate calendars and appointments with clients and vendors.
Maintain office supplies, records, and documentation.
Support invoicing, data entry, and administrative tracking tasks.

Qualifications
Experience in office management, administration, or operations.
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively.
Proficiency with general office software.
