Role Highlights:
• Position: Administrative Assistant – Personal Investor Analytics
• Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid
• Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm EST
• Job Type: Contract (6–18 months)
• Pay Rate: $28-$30.00 per hour on W2 with weekly pay
• Interview Process: 1 round panel interview (possible second round if competitive)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain calendars for the department and select leaders, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate locations, notify attendees, and track attendance.
• Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, submit expense reports, and coordinate catering/refreshments as needed.
• Support crew movement within the department through Planon.
• Prepare memos, correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other materials using Microsoft Office tools.
• Order and manage office supply inventory for the department.
• Represent the Personal Investor Analytics team and its leaders with professionalism and strong communication.
• Participate in special projects and provide additional administrative support as assigned.
Technical Skills:

Key Requirements:
• 3–5 years of administrative or secretarial experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong calendar management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Secretarial School degree preferred.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
