Position: Delivery and Support Manager
Location: Miami, FL - Onsite 4x a week
Duration: 4 Month Contract to Hire
Position Overview:Our client is looking for a Delivery and Support Manager to manage multiple scrum teams within their Guest Technology group. Each scrum team consists of a tech lead, 3-4 devs, 3-4 QAs, etc (roughly 10 people each) and manages enhancements/changes to their guest facing mobile application.
This person will need to be able to speak the technical jargon and preferably comes from a technical background; however, this role will be more functional. Seeing projects through to delivery, from beginning to end, meeting with business stakeholders and technical teams, and coordinating with vendors.
Main initiatives for this group are implementing a chatbot, include AI in their tech stack for efficiency, and modernizing their architecture.
Must Haves:- Experience managing multiple scrum teams in a large enterprise level environment
