RMH Integration Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RMH (Retail Management Hero) API Integration Consultant to support a client with building and maintaining API-based integrations between RMH and third-party systems. This role will focus on connecting RMH with e-commerce, payment, accounting, and inventory platforms to ensure accurate and real-time data flow.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support API integrations between RMH and external systems

• Integrate RMH with:

• E-commerce platforms

• Payment gateways

• Accounting/ERP systems

• Inventory and warehouse systems

• Build and consume RESTful APIs (JSON/XML)

• Map and transform data for:

• Items, pricing, inventory, customers, sales, and vendors

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data sync issues

• Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements

• Create technical documentation and integration guides

• Support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with:

• Retail Management Hero (RMH)

• Retail POS and back-office operations

• Proven experience with:

• API development and integration (REST, JSON, XML)

• Web services and middleware tools

• Experience with:

• SQL Server and database integration

• Data mapping and transformation

• Retail workflows (sales, inventory, pricing, promotions)

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating RMH with:

• E-commerce platforms

• Accounting systems

• Experience with RMS to RMH migration

• Cloud integration experience

• RMH partner or certification
