Location: Jersey City, NJ
Work Arrangement: 3 day in office with 2 day WFH

Duration: 12 -18 months Contract

About the Role
We are hiring a strong Technical Support Specialist Who Will be supporting internal customers via chat/phone with basic troubleshooting while documenting tickets clearly for escalation when needed.
Core Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL Informatica Developer with strong expertise in Informatica ETL, PL/SQL, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Informatica IDMC, along with exposure to Rational and Dyimedial databases. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data integration solutions in a high-performance environment.
MUST HAVES:
Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica (PowerCenter / IDMC)
Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages
Work extensively with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading
Integrate data from multiple sources including Rational and Dimensional databases
Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data validation
Troubleshoot ETL issues and optimize performance of data pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and data architects
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are maintained
Support production deployments and provide post-production support
REQUIRED SKILLS:
10 15 years of experience in ETL development using Informatica
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud)
Expertise in PL/SQL and SQL with performance tuning knowledge
Experience working with Rational Database and Dimensional Database
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices
Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization
Good understanding of data models, data mapping, and transformation logic
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation
Hourly Rate: 65$-68$ per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
