Epic Behavioral Health Analyst (ClinDoc) - Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote (Onsite support preferred for go-live; travel negotiable)

Overview

We are supporting a large-scale Epic Community Connect implementation with a go-live scheduled for June 2026. This engagement focuses on Epic build, integration, and post-go-live stabilization, and we're seeking an experienced Epic Behavioral Health Analyst to provide build support, ticket resolution, and workflow optimization.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact project ideal for someone who has supported Epic go-lives and Community Connect initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Epic ClinDoc / Behavioral Health build and configuration
• Provide go-live support during the deployment window (May 30 - June 15)
• Assist with ticket resolution and system stabilization post go-live
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to optimize workflows
• Ensure solutions align with best practices and long-term scalability
• Contribute to current state analysis to minimize technical debt

Required Qualifications

• Epic ClinDoc certification with Behavioral Health experience
• Proven experience supporting Epic go-lives and/or Community Connect projects
• Inpatient workflows and clinical documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• IP Rehab certification
• Experience with workflow optimization and post-go-live support
• Exposure to large-scale Epic integration efforts

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Providence, RI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
