  • Gather and document functional requirements, business rules, workflows, and automation requirements.
  • Define future-state Jira Cloud processes and workflows.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements reviews.
  • Support functional testing, UAT, and validation of new Jira Cloud workflows and automations.
  • Work closely with ISAC IT during implementation; IT will perform the actual Jira Cloud configuration.
  • Develop process documentation, end-user guides, and training materials.
  • Assist with delivering non-technical end-user training.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Business Architect, Process Analyst, or similar role with a strong hands-on knowledge of Jira Cloud, particularly Jira Project Management (JPM).
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing Jira workflows and business processes.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow design skills.
  • Experience translating business requirements into Jira functional requirements and workflows.
  • Experience with Jira Cloud automation and out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Experience with functional testing and UAT.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud migration experience.
  • Jira Service Management (JSM) experience.
  • Jira administration/configuration experience.
  • PMO or project management process experience.
  • Experience in government, higher education, or large enterprise environments.
  • Atlassian/Jira certification is a plus.
Key Deliverables
