Summary

Description
Own and drive the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) portfolio across Aledade's security organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage full GRC portfolio delivery across ~20 teams and ~50 epics per quarter
- Drive PI planning, cross-team alignment, risk management, and dependency tracking
- Support SOC 2 / SOX audits and ensure program deliverables remain on track (critical for next 6 months)
- Help security teams shape high-quality requirements and acceptance criteria
- Serve as cross-functional glue across legal, HR, clinical orgs, IT, engineering, and security teams
- Drive compliance-related initiatives and ensure organizational alignment on policies and governance
- Build Jira dashboards and JQL reporting for executive visibility
- Remove blockers, escalate risks, and ensure consistent portfolio execution
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years TPM or Program Management experience
- Strong Agile program delivery experience (preferably scaled / RTE-style)
- Advanced Jira + JQL proficiency
- Ability to lead cross-functional compliance and governance work
- Familiarity with audits, PHI/PII, data governance, compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership presence

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethesda, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
