Role Overview
We are seeking a Full-stack Java Developer to design, develop, and take ownership of feature delivery while ensuring high-quality outcomes. The successful candidate will act as a team lead, mentoring other members, and will collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-defined product backlog. This role involves adhering to enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality assurance, and overseeing compliance and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and own the delivery of features with a focus on high-quality results.
- Adhere to enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality assurance.
- Ensure solutions meet product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt.
- Oversee compliance and security requirements, including team-level audit support.
- Act as a liaison for production activities and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog.
- Guide the team in work breakdown and task execution to meet delivery timelines.
- Serve as a team lead and mentor to enhance team skills and practices.
- Provide expertise in planning, estimation, and peer reviews.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Java Development.
Technical Skills:- Core Java, J2EE, Spring 5, Hibernate, and Spring MVC/Batch.
- Version control with GIT/Bitbucket or Subversion.
- WebLogic Server management, performance tuning, and ETL processes.
- RDBMS expertise with strong querying and PL/SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Object-oriented programming principles.
- Frontend development with JavaScript, CSS, React, Angular 17+, and Node.js.
- Reporting tools such as MicroStrategy and Tableau.
- CI/CD tools including Ansible, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- Agile development methodology.
- Test automation with Selenium and Cucumber.
- Containerization and orchestration knowledge (Kubernetes).
- Web services experience with AWS, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with Oracle Exadata and MS SQL Server.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
