Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is searching for a
Product Manager with GenAI experience for a long-term contract assignment with one of our premier Management Consulting clients in
Miramar, FL. This is
not a development role. The client is seeking an
Agile Product Manager who has incorporated
Agentic AI into product workflows and can speak credibly to that experience.
Hybrid schedule: onsite
Tuesday through Thursday in Miramar, remote
Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities: - Lead product strategy, planning, and execution for digital and AI-enabled initiatives
- Translate business goals into product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans
- Partner with senior stakeholders, client teams, vendors, architects, and engineers
- Drive agile delivery across discovery, design, build, launch, and iteration
- Create and manage backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and related product artifacts
- Incorporate Generative AI / Agentic AI into product workflows and feature design
- Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor for discovery, documentation, and prototyping
- Define success metrics for AI-driven features and support rapid proof-of-concept development
Required Skills: - Product Management experience in a technology, software, or digital product environment
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and product delivery
- Experience working with Generative AI / Agentic AI in product workflows
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with senior stakeholders
- Strong technical acumen with experience translating business needs into product requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
Preferred Skills: - Experience in consulting or other client-facing environments
- Experience building consumer-facing digital products
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted tools
- Exposure to low-code prototyping and responsible AI concepts
