Location: Oaks, PA (Hybrid- 3days onsite in a week)
Below are the mandatory skills needed.
At least 6+ years of overall experience in scheduler automation and Workload Automation (Batch Scheduling\Windows Scheduler).
Hands-on experience of 5+years in Control-M tools, which should include creating jobs as well as monitoring. Means both (Scheduling and Monitoring)
Good knowledge of WINDOWS environment.
5+ years of experience in SQL Server
5+ years of experience in SQL/T-SQL
Should have knowledge of ITIL and any ticketing tool like Remedy, JIRA, SNOW (Service Now) etc.
5+ years of knowledge in bash scripting, Shell scripting
Good to have:
Knowledge of Protocols (FTP, Secure FTP, NDM), IBM Sterling Connect: Direct
Python scripting
Job Duties
Develop and maintain Schedule automation schedules using Control-M
Collaborate with business stake holders to gather requirements and translate to technical requirements.
Create and optimize schedules using Bash/ Shell.
Document technical designs, procedures and configurations for knowledge sharing.
Other Required Qualifications
Should be able to perform independently with minimum support, should be able to support multiple modules at the same time and should be a task master.
Must have worked in the onsite/offshore Delivery Model.
Excellent Communication skills and must be able to conduct him/herself independently, foster great relationship with the team members
