Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer for an Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Hopewell, NJ or Plano, TX. This is a 12 month contract opportunity. This role is for a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in Oracle database design, complex SQL development, performance tuning, and data processing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing efficient SQL/PLSQL code, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with business and upstream teams to deliver scalable data solutions while leading and mentoring a team of developers and testers.
Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor Oracle Developers, SSIS Developers, and Database Testers
- Drive solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support for database-centric applications
- Review and approve architecture, data models, SQL/PLSQL code, ETL workflows, and testing strategies
- Collaborate with business, upstream/downstream systems, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance best practices, and data quality controls
- Oversee release planning, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production support activities
- Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration

Desired skills: - ETL/Data Warehouse/Data Lake Architecture (Informatica / Hadoop)

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
