Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

· Strong understanding of SAP modules and enterprise integration landscapes
· Experience managing large, multi-vendor, multi-geography SAP S4 HANA programs

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 HANA Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver complex
SAP S/4 HANA technology programs SAP S/4HANA transformations. This role is responsible for end-to-end program ownership, ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams,
vendors, and stakeholders while meeting business, technical, schedule, and budget objectives.
The ideal candidate combines deep SAP technical understanding with strong program management, governance, and executive communication skills.
Program Leadership & Delivery
· Own end-to-end delivery of SAP S4 HANA technical programs, including planning, execution, governance, and closure
· Lead multiple SAP workstreams such as S/4HANA implementation or conversion, integration, data migration, testing, and cutover
· Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency management
· Track and report program status, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior leadership and steering committees
SAP Technical Oversight
· Provide technical leadership across SAP S/4HANA landscapes (Greenfield, Brownfield, and Conversion programs)
· Ensure SAP solution design aligns with enterprise architecture, scalability, performance, and compliance standards
· Oversee integration between SAP and non-SAP systems
· Guide technical decision-making in collaboration with solution architects and delivery team
