• Years of experience required for each skill: we are fine with around 8 years of experience with 2-3 years of tech lead role, this role is tech lead which comes with experience at least 5 years of experience is preferable
• What are some "nice-to-have” skills : 1. Java 2. Design Innovation 3. Technical architecture

• Job description/responsibilities:
• As a Software Development Lead, candidate is expected to be a subject matter expert and will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Candidate will be responsible for team decisions, managing stakeholders and contributing to key decisions.
• Expert proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter is required. Expert proficiency in Guidewire Advanced Product Designer is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Design Innovation, Guidewire Integration, and Java will be useful.
• Lead the design and implementation of innovative software solutions that meet client needs.
• Facilitate team meetings to encourage collaboration and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system performance and user experience.

• What type of education is needed for this position: A minimum of Bachelor''s degree in Engineering/Computer Science
• Is industry experience needed for this role and why: Yes, Guidewire platform specific experience is mandatory
