About the Role

The Change Management Communications Consultant will support stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and adoption for the SailPoint SaaS Platform Migration and Optimization program.

This role focuses on assessing stakeholder impacts, driving engagement across leadership and employee groups, and ensuring that communication and training efforts effectively support adoption throughout the change lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with change management teams, project stakeholders, training partners, and internal communications teams to ensure all stakeholders clearly understand what is changing, why it matters, and how they will be supported during the transition.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in organizational change management, particularly those experienced in supporting large-scale technology or SaaS implementations within complex, matrixed environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities aligned with project milestones, deployment phases, and go-live events.
  • Identify impacted stakeholder groups and assess change impacts, readiness levels, and support requirements based on role, location, and degree of impact.
  • Partner with change management and training teams to define communication and learning strategies that drive adoption and sustained usage.
  • Develop and deliver targeted communication materials such as stakeholder updates, FAQs, change impact summaries, and go-live support content.
  • Create IAM (Identity Access Management) specific enablement materials, including access changes, role impacts, and readiness documentation.
  • Translate technical and process changes into clear, user-friendly communication for both business and technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and project teams to gather inputs, validate impacts, and reinforce alignment and sponsorship.
  • Work with training teams to align learning strategies, timing, and reinforcement with stakeholder needs.
  • Coordinate with internal communications teams to ensure consistent messaging, channels, and timing aligned with enterprise communication strategies.
  • Participate in project and change management meetings to stay updated on decisions, risks, and upcoming changes.
  • Track communication, training, and stakeholder engagement deliverables, incorporating feedback to continuously improve adoption outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience creating technical or change enablement content for enterprise technology or SaaS implementations.
  • Strong experience in identifying change impacts and translating them into communication, engagement, and training strategies.
  • Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to simplify IAM, security, or access-related concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working within structured project or program environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and follow-through skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting IAM platform migrations (e.g., SailPoint), including access models and provisioning workflows.
  • Background in security or compliance-driven initiatives requiring high accuracy in communication.
  • Experience working with technical SMEs to validate IAM-related content such as FAQs and user guides.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
  • Experience collaborating with training or learning teams on enablement strategies.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region technology deployments.
