Summary

Regulatory Specialist
New Albany, OH (hybrid)
6+ Month Contract

This role supports a new mandatory reporting obligation under California Senate Bill 312, focused on extended EU allergen reporting for cosmetics sold in California since 1/1/2022. The scope includes reporting and amending data for 5,000+ products within a 6-month timeline.

Responsibilities

Collect fragrance and allergen documentation from fragrance houses
Enter fragrance data into SAP-PLM
Submit required information to the SB 312 online portal for individual products
Manage high-volume data accurately and on schedule

Requirements

Experience with regulatory, compliance, or product data reporting
Familiarity with SAP-PLM or similar systems
Background in science or legal is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets
Ability to meet tight deadlines and coordinate with external partners
