Adobe Development Lead (AEM Sites / AEM as a Cloud Service)
We re seeking a seasoned Adobe Development Lead to spearhead the architecture, design, and delivery of cutting-edge Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.
This is a high-impact leadership role that blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight, team mentorship, and client engagement. Project delivery and heavy client interaction/engagement experience
Key Responsibilities:
Architect & Lead AEM Solutions: Drive the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable AEM applications tailored to enterprise needs.
Project Oversight: Manage delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.
Technical Excellence: Champion best practices in AEM development, DevOps automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a cross-functional team of AEM developers, architects, and QA engineers. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Strategic Integration: Provide thought leadership on Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Real-Time CDP.
Innovation & Optimization: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in AEM development, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
Experience in managing and delivering a Dev & QA team of 15+ members
Deep expertise in AEM architecture, component development, workflows, and integrations.
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Experience Cloud is a plus.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and backend technologies (Java, OSGi, Sling).
