Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Development Lead to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, project delivery, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise AEM solutions.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Enforce best practices in AEM development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor and lead a team of AEM developers, architects, and QA engineers.
Act as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders.
Drive integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Launch, Real-Time CDP).
Identify new technologies and optimize platform performance.

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in AEM development with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Experience managing Dev & QA teams of 15+ members.
Strong expertise in AEM architecture, components, workflows, and integrations.
Good understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile/DevOps experience.
AEM / Adobe Experience Cloud certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign.
Knowledge of React / Angular and backend technologies like Java, OSGi, Sling.
