Summary

Requirements
  • 10 or more years of experience in enterprise PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 system administration.
  • Proficiency in Talent Acquisition Management and Enterprise Performance Management modules.
  • Experience in Application Designer, Integration Broker, and REST/SOAP web service integrations.
  • Experience with SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects for reporting.
  • Experience with Approval Workflow Engine, PeopleSoft Update Manager, and Fluid UI.
  • Experience in WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and NIST security frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead the functional setup of recruiting templates, onboarding activity guides, and applicant workflows.
  • Manage annual performance evaluation cycles including goal-setting stages and approval routing logic.
  • Architect and maintain security roles, permission lists, and row-level data access for HR systems.
  • Design and monitor automated batch job schedules and data integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Develop functional design documents and technical specifications for system enhancements.
  • Provide advanced Level 2 production support for complex ERP incident troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Execute structured user acceptance testing and regression testing for software update manager cycles.
