Requirements

15 or more years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 and enterprise HR/Payroll systems.
Proficiency in Fluid User Interface upgrades and the Approval Workflow Engine.
Experience with Application Designer and Integration Broker for REST or SOAP web services.
Experience in SQR, SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects for report customization.
Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager and Change Assistant for system lifecycle management.
Experience in FMLA configuration, ACA reporting, and multitenancy security architectures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the migration of legacy interfaces to Fluid UI using fit-gap analysis and responsive design.
Configure and troubleshoot complex Approval Workflow Engine notifications and worklist assignments.
Design functional application components and workforce administration security protocols for large agencies.
Integrate web services and middleware using Integration Broker to sync data across disparate platforms.
Build custom reports and analytics dashboards using SQR, SQL, and Elasticsearch frameworks.
Implement row-level security and NIST-compliant measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Coordinate fiscal year-end system maintenance and Level 2 incident management for ERP modules.
