Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Global ADP Payroll Manager with deep expertise in multi-national payroll operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience managing complex global payrolls using ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries while serving as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and Tax teams.
- The priority is identifying the right technical and functional expert who can quickly step in and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Global Payroll Processing
- Lead end-to-end processing of complex, multi-country payrolls using ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo.
- Oversee payroll calendars, funding, approvals, and disbursements across multiple regions.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory requirements.
System Administration & Integration
- Manage and maintain data flows between internal HRIS systems and ADP platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration/interface issues to ensure data integrity.
- Partner with HRIS and IT teams on system enhancements, testing, and upgrades.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure payroll operations comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Monitor legislative changes impacting payroll processes globally.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for Finance, HR, leadership, and tax authorities.
- Provide insights into labor costs, headcount metrics, and payroll variances.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and accrual processes.
Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll inquiries from employees, leadership, and vendors.
- Partner with global payroll vendors and regional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain strong service-level performance and continuous process improvements.
Year-End & Statutory Activities
- Manage year-end payroll processes, including tax filings, reconciliations, adjustments, and statutory reporting.
- Oversee preparation and validation of annual tax forms and country-specific filings.
- Ensure accurate year-end accruals and reporting.
Experience:
- 7 10+ years of progressive payroll experience in a global or multi-entity organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries.
- Proven leadership experience overseeing global payroll processes and vendor relationships.
- Advanced, hands-on expertise with ADP GlobalView (required).
- Advanced, hands-on expertise with ADP Celergo (required).
- Experience with HRIS integrations and payroll system implementations/enhancements preferred.
