Title: Business Systems Analyst CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) Duration: 12+ Months Pay Rate: Up to $70/hr on W2 (No Benefits)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation of a new CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform. The ideal candidate will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, gathering business requirements, documenting processes, supporting system integrations, and ensuring successful delivery through testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and business process mapping sessions.
• Support enterprise system and CPQ integrations, including data mapping and validation.
• Develop and execute SIT/UAT test plans, perform business validation, and track defects.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to project leadership.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Experience supporting enterprise application integrations and cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, data validation, and business testing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, REST APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
• Experience with business process mapping tools (SIPOC/RACI is a plus).
• SaaS implementation experience is highly desirable.
