Seeking a Senior AI Product Management professional to drive the design and development of applied AI solutions. Responsibilities include shaping product vision and strategy, translating business and user needs into actionable roadmaps, and establishing product principles and user experience standards. The role involves leading product design for AI applications (such as GenAI, conversational AI, and intelligent automation), facilitating ideation and prototyping, and maintaining robust design systems. Additional duties include developing reusable frameworks, applying service design and information architecture principles, ensuring accessibility, and conducting user research and usability testing to inform and improve AI products. This position requires a track record in enterprise AI product design and expertise in supporting innovation and rapid development for platform teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in product design, UX/UI, or product management, with proven success designing enterprise AI/ML products.

  • Expertise in digital product development, including conversational AI, GenAI, automation, and data-driven platforms.

  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro) and prototyping methods.

  • Strong knowledge of accessibility, visual design, data visualization, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React).

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, GenAI platforms, responsible AI practices, API integration, and agile methodologies.

  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into product strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Effective storytelling and presentation abilities

  • Excellent collaboration skills within and across teams

  • Ability to give and receive constructive design feedback

  • Awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI product design

Additional Information

This position follows a hybrid work style and must be performed at our New York City office, 1700 Broadway, New York, NY 10019

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$124,800 - $171,600 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
