Location: Englewood, CO (preferred) / West Chester, PA - Onsite

Optional Skills: FinTech experience, AIML, AWS, Grafana, Kubernetes
 
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Production Support Analyst, Software Engineer, SDET, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience supporting payment processing systems or financial transaction platforms.
• Strong understanding of application troubleshooting and production support processes.
• Experience reviewing application logs and system events to diagnose issues.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and investigation.
• Experience testing APIs using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
