Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Finance Functional configuration and will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of SAP FICO solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Finance Functional best practices and methodologies.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Support end users through training and troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
• Stay updated on SAP FICO developments and enhancements, recommending improvements to existing systems.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP Finance Functional configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools and techniques.
• Certifications in SAP FICO or related fields.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
