Job Description:
Join our team in Chicago, IL as a Lead DevOps Engineer, where you'll drive the implementation and scaling of DevSecOps practices across our technology landscape.
This full-time role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance automation, security, and integration processes.
You'll be working with a variety of technologies to support enterprise-wide DevSecOps adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance software development lifecycle efficiency.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration for seamless deployment.
Embed security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Mentor and guide teams in adopting modern engineering practices and DevSecOps culture.
Collaborate with various teams to design and deploy innovative solutions.

Qualifications
7 years of experience in software engineering and DevOps.
Proficient in Agile and SCRUM methodologies with 7 years of experience.
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure tools and continuous integration tools.
Expertise in scripting and programming languages for automation tasks.
Excellent communication skills to explain standards and processes to teams.
