Position: ServiceNow Engineer – Now Assist & Agentic AI

Location: Remote (USA)

Key Candidate Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist.
• Expertise in Agentic AI, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Generative AI solutions on ServiceNow.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end Machine Learning (ML) development, including model development, implementation, and deployment.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM, GRC, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk, Privacy, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Experience building AI-powered automation and conversational experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent.
• Knowledge of AI governance, guardrails, compliance, and human oversight.
